RITA LIDU was born in Belém do Pará, North of Brazil and the entrance of the Amazon Rainforest.

Resident of the city of Rio de Janeiro for many years , this “Carioca” at heart was considered by the press as one of the new voices of the Brazilian Popular Music– MPB.

Rita LiDu was chosen in her debut CD , released by Sony Music ,to participate in the select “Brazilian Music Award”  and to perform on the Show of the "Olympic Games" in Rio de Janeiro, as a result of that she have an active participation in Several Music Festivals , Theaters and select Bars .

She has 2 CD’s released (1-*Rita lima & Los Petaleiros*  and  2-*DEVIR* Rita LiDu), which can be found on all digital platforms.

On her new Project in Trio  (IPANEMA BOSSA SOUL PROJECT)  where she mixes the best of Brazil with her modern Bossa Nova , Jazz  and Brazilian Pop; Rita LiDu takes us to a Brazilian atmosphere of the highest musical quality with beatiful musical arrangements , traveling throughout the Brazilian soul and rhythms in a refined , different and tasteful show
